What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your RED1USA holster doesn’t meet your needs or exceed your expectations send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. Please see our return policy for details.
What is your warranty?
Every RED1USA product is guaranteed for life! Doesn’t matter if you’re the original owner or the third owner, we have you covered. If you have an issue, please contact us and we’ll get you squared away ASAP.
Is the item in stock?
If you can add an item to your cart, it’s in stock. We don’t accept backorders.
What are your current lead times?
We maintain an inventory of our products and ship most items the same day or next business day.
Can I place a custom order?
Custom orders are not available at this time.
Do you offer a Military, Law Enforcement, First Responder Discount?
We offer a professional discount to active members of the Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responders. Please visit the Pro Discount page for details.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking info included. Our centralized location in Minnesota typically allows packages to arrive within 3 business days.
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm CST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm CST Monday – Friday, Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, and Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day.
At this time we do not offer International shipping.
Tracking info for your order is automatically emailed to you when the order is shipped.
In the event of a lost shipment RED1USA will assist the customer and carrier in locating and/or replacing the package. Please note: we do not replace packages that are marked as delivered on the tracking status.
Do you sell firearms?
We do not sell firearms.
